How to make Waffle Cone using Waffle Cone Premix?
This mix has made the recipe to make ice cream cone easier. Here is the detail to make waffle cones by using Hindchef Premix.
Ingredients:
- Milk/R.O. Water- 750g
- Yellow butter- 200g
- Premix- 1Kg
Procedure:
- Baking Temp: 180 to 220 degree C
- Baking Time: 4 min
- Pour milk/R.O water & yellow butter with Hindchef premix in a bowl.
- Blend well water/Milk, butter and premix using a wire whisk or commercial blender until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for 5-10 mins after mixing to get better results.
- Preheat the waffle maker at 200°C – 220°C.
- Pour blended mix on the waffle cone machine directly.
- Close the top and bake until it becomes golden brown in color.
- Now, wear the gloves and remove it from the machine.
- Use the cone roller to form the cone. Keep it for few seconds.
- Your waffle cone is ready. Enjoy your Gelato now in a crisped waffle cone.
After blending mix into water/milk, it should be always stored at 4⁰C. Never Mix two different batches of mix without washing utensil & waffle iron properly. Don’t use the prepared base after 12 hours.
