Sponge Cake Mix Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Sponge cake mix
- Vegetable oil
- Water
- Eggs
- Vanilla Essence (optional)
Procedure:
- Pour sponge cake mix, water and eggs in a bowl and mix them together.
- After mixing them, add essential oil and vanilla essence(according to your taste) and again mix them.
- Now, pour the mix in the oven. Set the temperature 150ºC and keep for 35 minutes. Now, raise the temperature to 170ºC and keep it for 3 minutes.
- The time you hear the beep sound, you get your sponge cake ready.
